About
OB Nwagbe was born in Washington, DC, and grew up between DC and Nigeria. As a licensed esthetician with 10yrs experience OB's skincare journey is a very interesting one.
Growing up, OB didn’t experience teenage acne like most of her peers. It wasn’t until after college that she started breaking out A LOT. With no knowledge of skincare, OB’s skin was left with acne scars and hyperpigmentation. She often makes fun of the fact that she's happy social media wasn't as prevalent as it is now, because those acne photos definitely don't belong online. After trying all topical acne prescriptions with no results, OB was frustrated and broke down crying in her dermatologist office one day. Who decided to prescribe acutane for OB. Her acne got better, but that's when she vowed that she’ll learn more about skincare.

Prior to getting into skincare, OB's first career was as a producer and news reporter(still runs an online news platform and podcast titled The News with OB). With the advent of HDTV, working behind the scenes, it was clear when she saw her guests that makeup wasn't hiding all the fine lines and wrinkles anymore. But OB wasn't quite sure how to go about solving this problem, except having somewhat of a skincare routine.
When OB got laid off from the TV station, it was a perfect opportunity for her to get her license as an esthetician. And for the past 10yrs OB has taught her clients that proper skincare is no longer a luxury, but a necessity. The skin is the largest organ of the body, so ignoring to take the right steps to help your skin function properly is a no-no. This is why I created Oh Be You Facial Bar and UDODI SKINCARE- to help us age gracefully.
